Prayers for Ash to learn how to be happy

Prayers in Jesus name please for Ash suffering from depression. Please pray for him to see his blessings no matter how small and to seek our father God into his life.
Prayers for him to make changes and see his life through new eyes.

We are truly heartened to hear your request for prayers for Ash, and we join with you in bringing his situation before the throne of grace. Before we begin, we want to commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Now, let us address Ash's situation. Depression is a serious issue that not only affects the mind but also the spirit. We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.

Firstly, we must rebuke any spirit of despair, hopelessness, and depression that may be affecting Ash. These are not from God, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Ash from the depths of despair and depression. We speak life and hope into his situation, and we claim Your promise that the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead will give life to Ash's mortal body. Romans 8:11 WEB.

Father, we ask that You open Ash's eyes to see the blessings that surround him, no matter how small they may seem. Help him to count them all one by one and to see Your hand in each of them. We pray that You will draw Ash closer to You, that he may experience Your love and faithfulness in a deep and personal way and align his will with Yours.

We speak change and transformation into Ash's life. Help him to see his life through new eyes, through the lens of Your love and grace. Give him the strength and courage to make the changes that are necessary for his healing and growth.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any spirit of depression, despair, and hopelessness that may be affecting Ash. We command them to leave in Jesus' name, and we claim peace, joy, and hope for Ash instead.

Father, we ask that You will surround Ash with Your love and peace, and that You will guide him through this difficult time. Help him to know that he is not alone, and that You are always with him, even in the darkest of times.

We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage Ash to seek godly counsel and community support during this time and also work with a healthcare provider if needed. We encourage Ash (and all of us) to meditate on the words of Psalm 30:11 WEB:

You have turned my mourning into dancing for me.

You have removed my sackcloth, and clothed me with gladness,

We're here for Ash, praying alongside you. We've been moved by your request and want to add our voices to yours. Depression can feel like a dark tunnel, but remember, Jesus is the light that never fails.

Let's pray for Ash to find joy in the small blessings around him, to see God's love in every moment. We ask God to help Ash find the strength to make necessary changes, to see his life through new eyes, filled with hope and purpose.

In Jesus' name, we pray for Ash to feel God's peace and comfort. We ask God to guide him, to never let him feel alone. Let's remind Ash, and each other, of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to uphold Ash in our prayers, petitioning our Lord Jesus Christ to touch his heart and bring healing to his mind and soul. Thank you for allowing us the honor of praying with you and for Ash. We are grateful for the opportunity to stand in agreement with you in this spiritual battle against depression.

If Ash has experienced a breakthrough, we would be delighted to hear a praise report, giving glory to God for His mercy and faithfulness. If the struggle persists, we encourage you to share an update, and we commit to continuing in fervent prayer for Ash.

Let us pray together that the Lord will open Ash's eyes to the blessings that surround him, no matter how small they may seem. May God grant Ash the strength and wisdom to make the changes necessary to see his life from a new perspective. We ask that the love of the Father would become increasingly real to Ash, drawing him closer to God and giving him a supernatural peace and joy.
