Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Ruehay and their prayer request for prayers regarding anxiety and overthinking. Lord, we acknowledge that anxiety and overthinking can be overwhelming and burdensome, causing distress and robbing us of peace. But we know that you are the Prince of Peace, and you have promised to guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

We pray, Lord, that you would pour out your peace upon Ruehay. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to you. We ask that you would help Ruehay to cast all their cares upon you, knowing that you care for them .

Father, we ask that you would calm the anxious thoughts and quiet the overthinking that plagues Ruehay's mind. Fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust in your sovereignty and to find rest in your presence. Remind them of your promise in Isaiah 26:3, that you will keep them in perfect peace when their mind is stayed on you.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for Ruehay, that they may know how to manage their thoughts and emotions in a healthy and godly way. Guide them to seek your truth and to meditate on your Word, for your Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path .

Lord, we pray for any underlying causes or triggers of anxiety and overthinking in Ruehay's life. We ask for healing and restoration in any areas of their life that may be contributing to these struggles. Surround them with your love and support, and provide them with the resources and help they need to overcome these challenges.

Finally, we pray for a community of believers to come alongside Ruehay, offering encouragement, support, and prayer. Help them to find strength and comfort in the fellowship of other believers, knowing that they are not alone in their struggles.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. May Ruehay experience your peace that surpasses all understanding and find rest in your loving arms. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
