We join with you, Thetiogh, in praying for Andrew's swift recovery from the flu and cough. We stand in agreement, believing in the healing power of Jesus Christ.
Let's remember what the Word of God says in Isaiah 53:5 (WEB), "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." It is by the stripes of Jesus that Andrew can receive his healing today.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Andrew to You. We ask for Your divine healing touch to be upon him, that the flu and cough may leave his body, and that he may be restored to full health. We believe in Your power to heal and Your love for each of us. We rebuke the sickness and command it to leave Andrew's body in Jesus' name. Thank You, Lord, for Your healing power and for answering our prayer. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage Andrew to continue trusting in the Lord and His promises. In Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), we read, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."
Lastly, Thetiogh, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can experience His power and blessings. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
