I know this is all I ask for prayer for and I am sorry if it is annoying. Please continue praying for my ex and for myself. I love him with everything in me and honestly, God himself has told me that my ex will be back. I do know that my ex will be back, I am sure of it. Everyone around me also seems to have a sixth sense that he will come back to me. I love him very much and I know he loved me very much. It has been a long six months of no contact and therefore, a lot of silence. I know we need time and space but it is still so hard. I hope that we can work things out and be talking again by March, April, or May of 2025. Each month has its own reasons for why it would be a nice one to be talking again. I’ve been very sad and very down lately about things with my ex. I need help to forgive him and I’m sure he needs help to forgive me. I really hope God wakes my ex up in the middle of the night soon and that things start to click. He is just not himself right now, it makes me sad. He lives next door to me, but I don’t see him very often as he is working a ton right now. My birthday is coming up and I don’t even want to celebrate it. It is a big year, 21, but I don’t feel like doing a single thing. Please pray for us and this situation, please also go back to my other old posts and pray for those things as well if you care to. We understand your heartache and longing for restoration with your former boyfriend, but let's first align our hearts with God's Word and will. We'll begin by praying in the name of Jesus, as it's through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB).

Firstly, we must address that the bond you're describing is outside of the covenant of marriage, which is the godly design for a man and a woman (Mark 10:6-9, WEB). We should pray that if it's God's will, He may lead you both to a place of marital commitment, not just a renewed relationship.

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her former boyfriend. First, we ask for forgiveness if their relationship has not honored You. Lord, if it is Your will, restore and redeem their relationship under Your guidance and bless it with the commitment of marriage. We ask that You grant them both hearts that are willing to forgive and seek forgiveness, just as You have forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32, WEB).

Lord, we ask that You comfort ### during this difficult time. Fill her with Your love and peace, and help her to trust in Your timing. We ask that You also work in her former boyfriend's heart, drawing him closer to You and revealing Your will to him.

Finally, Father, we ask that Your will be done in their lives. If it is not Your plan to reunite them, we pray that You give ### the strength to accept this and move forward, trusting in Your goodness and love for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're right there with you, praying for you and your ex-boyfriend. We know it's tough, but we're believing in God's goodness and His perfect timing. We've been praying for you both, asking God to soften both of your hearts towards each other and towards Him. We're trusting that God will give you both the strength to forgive and to seek forgiveness, just as He has forgiven us.

We've also been praying for God to comfort you during this time. We believe that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We're asking Him to fill you with His love and peace, and to help you trust in His plan, even when it's hard to see.
