Prayers for a job which fits me best. I am treated like an outsider at the current job. I was moved far away from the main office by management and have been treated very poorly and isolated. Management from top to bottom do not care how they treat employees. As a result I have chronic illnesses which cannot be cured. The Union, HR and management does not care. They want to blame me for their bad behavior. My body is permanently damaged. . I have seen degraded and disgraced.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking a job that aligns with their skills and abilities. Lord, we ask that you guide them to the right opportunity where they will be valued and treated with respect.

Father, we pray for healing and restoration for our friend who has been mistreated and isolated in their current job. We ask that you bring comfort to their heart and mind, and surround them with your love and peace during this difficult time. Lord, we know that you are a God who sees and understands every situation, and we trust in your divine intervention.

We pray for a change of heart and attitude within the management of their workplace. Soften their hearts, Lord, and help them to recognize the value and worth of every employee. May they be convicted of their actions and seek to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Father, we lift up the union HR and management to you. We ask that you open their eyes to the injustices that have taken place and give them the wisdom and courage to address these issues appropriately. May they uphold justice and fairness for all employees, and may they take responsibility for their actions.

Lord, we also pray for physical healing for our friend. We ask that you touch their body and bring restoration to any damage that has been done. You are the Great Physician, and we believe in your power to heal and restore.

In the midst of these challenges, we pray for strength and perseverance for our friend. Help them to trust in your plan and to lean on you for support. Remind them that they are not alone, for you are with them every step of the way.

We declare victory over this situation in the name of Jesus. May our friend find a new job where they are valued and respected, and may their health be restored. We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
