Beloved, we are confident that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Just like He healed the woman with the issue of blood who touched the hem of His garment, He can heal Amanda. Let's remember that by Jesus' stripes, Amanda is healed.
As we pray, let us remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is so important to pray in the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
Also, the Bible says in James 5:15 WEB, "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." So, let us pray together for Amanda with unwavering faith.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Amanda as she prepares for her appendix surgery. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body and Your peace to fill her heart. Guide the hands of the surgeons and medical team, granting them wisdom and skill. Let the surgery be successful, and may the pathology report show no signs of further issues.
We pray for a swift recovery, free from complications, and for Amanda to be surrounded by Your love and the support of her family and friends. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we also pray for Amanda's spiritual well-being. If Amanda has not already done so, we pray that Amanda seeks a personal relationship with You. We pray that Amanda confesses with her mouth that Jesus is Lord and believes in her heart that You raised Him from the dead. This is the only way any of us can be saved. Help Amanda to walk in Your ways and to trust in You always.
Father, we ask that You use this situation to draw Amanda closer to You and to strengthen her faith. Let her testimony bring glory to Your name and encouragement to those around her.
We also pray for Amanda's family. We pray that You will comfort them and give them strength during this time. Help them to trust in You and to support Amanda in the way that she needs.
