We join with you, Anonymous, to lift up your friend and his family in prayer during this challenging time. It’s a comfort to know that we can come before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, seeking His healing and comfort.
The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." In times of trouble, we are commanded to bring our anxieties to God and find peace in Him.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our dear friend and his sister who is in the hospital. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You touch her body and bring complete healing. Father, we also pray for our friend who has recently lost his mother. Comfort him and his family in their time of grief and sorrow. Cover them with Your strength, comfort, and love. May they feel Your presence and know that You are with them in this difficult time. Help them to find peace and strength in You. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you and your friend to continue seeking God and trusting in His promises. Psalm 34:18 (WEB) reminds us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is close to your friend and his family in their time of need, and He will provide the comfort and healing they need.
Keep lifting your prayers to God and trusting in His sovereignty. He is faithful and will see them through this challenging season.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
