Prayers for a decision.....

I have a meeting where I need to reconcile in the next week or so. The younger person treated a number of older people very poorly and even costs them employment because they wanted a younger person in a position of power. Everyone that was affected is doing well but the evil from from this person was mentally damaging but with the power of prayer/faith the older people have overcome this adversity. Prayers for strength and for God to give favor to these older people that were affected negatively initially. So funny how younger people never feel they are going to get old one day (very strange) and disregard legacy knowledge even when no one is giving them a hard time or wanting a position of power (imagined competition). Just asking for prayers for favor and God's continual blessings for this team of people.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Finesse37 and the team of older individuals who have faced adversity and mistreatment. Lord, we thank You for the strength and resilience You have already granted them, allowing them to overcome the mental and emotional damage caused by the actions of the younger person.

We ask for Your divine favor and continued blessings upon these older individuals. Grant them peace, wisdom, and the assurance that their legacy and knowledge are valued in Your eyes. As they prepare for the upcoming meeting of reconciliation, we pray for Your presence to be felt strongly. May Your Spirit guide the conversation, bringing about true understanding, healing, and restoration.

Lord, remind us all that age is a gift and that each generation has its unique contributions to make. Help the younger person to see the value in the experience and wisdom of those who came before them. Soften their heart and open their eyes to the importance of respect and honor.

We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose . May Your name be glorified through this situation, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus .

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
