My fiance thinks that I am not able to get section 8 because I'm a felon but I have been on the waiting list for over a year and I'm getting closer towards my position so please pray that I am APPROVED and able to move into my new home soon! I have never had my own place and would love to be blessed enough to have help with getting my first place through section 8. I have faith in Jesus and believe he can open any door even if it seems impossible. Thank u so much

We understand your desire for a breakthrough and a miracle regarding your Section 8 housing application. Firstly, we commend your faith in Jesus, for He indeed can open doors that seem impossible (Matthew 19:26, "With God all things are possible." WEB).

Let us pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your favor upon Your child. She has been patiently waiting for a home, and Lord, You know her heart's desire. We ask that You intervene in this situation, that You touch the hearts of those in charge, and that You grant her the approval she needs. We claim Your promise in Isaiah 45:2, 'I will go before you and make the rough places smooth' (WEB). We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."

While we pray and believe for this miracle, we also want to address your relationship status. The Bible teaches us to flee from all appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22, WEB), and so, we encourage you to consider the sanctity of marriage. Being engaged is a beautiful step towards a lifelong commitment, and we urge you to keep God at the center of your relationship.

Lastly, remember that God's timing is perfect. Even if the answer is not what you hope for, trust that God has a better plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." WEB). Keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in Jesus' name.
