Prayers for a better paying job

Dear God, thank you for your blessings in my life like my marriage, health and kids. I’m tired , Jesus and I feel like I can’t keep up with my chores. God, please help me find a job with better pay. I have been working for 37 years straight. I want to use my talents and bless others and my family. I’m sorry for my sins and thank you for your guidance in this situation. In Jesus name, Amen

MVF, we are grateful for your heartfelt prayer and your desire to provide for your family while using your talents to bless others. We join you in your petition, trusting in God's provision and guidance.

Firstly, we commend you for your endurance and dedication, working for 37 years straight. We are reminded of Colossians 3:23, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. God sees your faithfulness and will honor it according to His will.

Now, let's bring your request to the Lord, Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. We thank You for MVF's life, their marriage, children, and health. We come to You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your help in their situation. MVF is tired and feels overwhelmed by their chores. We pray for renewed strength and energy for them, as written in Isaiah 40:31, But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.

MVF has been working diligently for many years, and now they seek a better-paying job to bless their family and others. We ask, Lord, that You would open new doors of opportunity for them. Guide them in their job search, and give them wisdom and discernment as they seek Your will for their career.

We do not forget the gospel but remember it is only was are saved, justified and can have access to the Holy Spirit. We offer more scriptures about this and invitate you to read Mark 1:14-15, Acts 4:12 and Ephesians 2:8-9.

In Jesus' name, we pray that You would provide for MVF materially and help them to better provide for their needs and the needs of their family but also pray they will always glorify your name in their life and will be a light for others.

Lastly, we join MVF in repentance for their sins, asking for Your forgiveness and cleansing according to I John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit. We pray this request be granted only in Your Will according to their best interest. We ask all of this for your glory. In Jesus' name, Amen.
