Prayer Update:

Thank you Heavenly Father for allowing me & my family to see another day. Thank U Lord for allowing me the time to go to church today and give GOD praise.

Please continue to pray for my spouse who is battling the big "C." Lord he is in for the biggest fight of his life. Lord, he has some good days and some bad days. Every day is a battle. He is in chronic pain, we are behind in our bills including mortgage & utilities. Lord, please provide a way for us to pay our bills. Also, I was called in by management about my job performance which has suffered since I lost my beloved mother 4 months ago and also since my spouse was diagnosed with the big "C." Lord, please cover my family. Please bless us spiritually and financially so that we can have a roof over our heads, clothes on our backs, food on the table and reliable transportation. Please pray over us, with us and for us. I claim victory over this situation. Please let these words be believed, received and accepted. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father & PR Community.  Thank U Lord for allowing my family & I to see another day.  May we all make it a prosperous one. Please go before us & clear the way. Thanks for loving us, guiding us & protecting us each & every day. Thanks for all that U do and continue to do for us. 

Asking for prayers. My spouse received his 2nd round of chemo early this week. Everything seems to going as plan. However, he is still frail, has lost a ton of weight & is  always in chronic pain and seems to be depressed to say the least & unable to work. 

Lord, I don't know what all this means. I am at a loss. I just lost my beloved mother 4 months ago and I pray that I don't loose my husband as well. Lord, please give me a sign that everything will be alright. I pray each and every day. I am looking for a medical miracle. Please Lord, restore him to good health and make him whole again. Please take away his pain and misery and replace it with peace, strength and energy. Forgive him for any sins he's made in the past and may he always makes U the center of his life. 

To add to my misery, I was just written up at work for poor performance/low productivity and they are giving my 6 weeks to turn things around. I have explained to them the reason behind all of this but seem to care more about the bottom line than they do about my mental well being & personal life. My life just took a nose dive. I just lost my mother whom I was very close to 4 months ago & just found out my husband has cancer about 2 months ago. I am only human. This world lacks so much empathy that it's shameful. 

Lord, I come before U asking for your grace and mercy. I pray that I will be able to meet my productivity going forward. I ask that U help me leave my problems at the front door of my place of employment because at the end of the day, no one cares. I ask that U carry me through. I ask that you put me in a better position with better  pay, employer that has respect, empathy and understanding for their employees, better hours, shorter commute, great benefits for myself and family and closer to home. Lord, U know that I am the only working at this time. I pray that I can hang on to this job so that I can pay all the bills that I am able to pay. Please PR community, please pray for me, over me and for me and my family as we go thru these difficult challenges. I thank U in advance. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers daily. Lord, things are not going the way I had planned. I pray that we may maintain our home even though we have no way of making payments at this time. My spouse was the main breadwinner and now he is unable to work. No work, no pay. Lord, please continue to provide a roof over our heads, food on our table,  clothes on our backs and a car to drive and the ability to live a decent life with our children. Lord, I am asking for you to watch over us. PR community, please pray over my spouse, with and for him. Please pray for physical, financial and  spiritual blessings for me and my family. I thank U in advance for your support and prayers. I claim victory over this situation. Pray that my job outlook looks better in the upcoming months. Pray that I may find a better opportunity with better pay, benefits, shorter commute and closer to home. I will continue to pray for all of your intentions. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Dear Lord, thanks again for allowing my family and I to make it thru the night even though it was a difficult one. 

Lord, I come to you praying and asking that you restore my husband's health and make him whole again. Right now, he is not well. He has cancer. Was suppose to have 1st round of chemo yesterday but now they have placed that on hold because he is not strong enough right now. Had to be admitted for a couple days so that they can find out what's going on and recharge his body so that he may be able to do chemo. Lord, I don't know why all this is happening. I just lost my beloved mother almost 4 months ago and feel like I'm reliving this nightmare all over again. Lord, I can't afford to loose him now. He is my rock and my foundation after U. He is my everything. Don't know what to do without him. Lord & PR community, please pray over him, with him and for him. Please allow him to get all the help that he needs so he can get better. Please pray all the medical team that they are smart enough to know what is going on with him and know how to fix him. But I know that U Lord, is the only one who can do all the fixing. Right now Lord, we are facing a financial crisis due to the fact that my husband is unable to work. Lord, please put the right people in my life right now that can help us financially, spiritually and emotionally. I claim victory over this situation. In Jesus' name. Today, my husband was suppose to have his 1st round of chemo today. But was told he needed to be admitted to the hospital for a couple of days. So this is a setback. I'm asking U Lord & PR community to please pray for my husband. It's a serious situation. Don't know why this is happening not what all this means. Please pray over my spouse, with and for my husband & family. We really need your prayers. I thank U in advance. I will continue to pray for U all and your family. Dear Heavenly Father, Thank U once again for allowing my family & I for seeing another day. Thank U for allowing us to come home safely. 

I come before U Lord to ask that U free my husband from all his pain. Today he spent another day at home, weak and in pain and unable to work. Lord, I feel so helpless, tired, weary, concerned, angry and scared all at the same time. We are up to our eyeballs in past due bills especially with our mortgage. Lord, please pray over the people who will make a decision over our bills once I contact them and let them know what is going on with our family and finances. Lord, we are hard working people who go to work each and every day and always pay our bills. Please let them be lenient, compassionate, sympathetic and understanding. Also, Lord, please keep the bank from going into my account and taking money without my consent. I plead the blood of Jesus over this situation. This is complicating things in my life. Lord, I'm not asking for much but just want to be able to work a decent job, with great benefits, close to home and better hours. Preferably end before 6 pm because it's getting dark and I can't see well at night. Lord, pray over my finances that it starts to increase instead of decrease. Pray over my spouse's health. I pray that he can get well soon and get back on his feet real soon. It's hard to see him this way. Also pray for reunification over his family for some of them are feuding right now. Pray that they can come together over this situation going on with my husband. Please make him whole again. I claim victory over all of these situations. Please PR community, please continue to pray for him, over him and with him. In the name of Jesus. Let these words be believed, received and accepted. Amen

Thank U Lord 4 allowing my family & U to see another day. Please go before us & clear the way. 

My husband still isn't feeling too well. But he still woke up this morning. Lord, please give him the strength he needs to go to work today. Pray that he can last the whole day. For he hasn't worked consistently in about a month & when he doesn't work, he doesn't get paid. And our household bills are piling up including our mortgage. Lord, please provide a way for my husband and I to sustain & provide for our family. We are both hard working people who are experiencing financial & medical issues right now. 

Lord& PR community, please continue to pray over, with and for my family & I. I claim victory over this situation. In the name of Jesus. Amen.I will continue to pray for U & your family as well. I thank U in advance. 

Dear Heavenly Father, I  thank U for all that you do & continue to do for me and my family. Thank you for allowing us to see another day. 

I am requesting prayers for me and my family right now. We are experiencing financial issues due to health problems. My spouse is primary breadwinner in our household. For he has not worked in about 4 weeks. When he doesn't work, he doesn't get paid. As a result, this has caused a financial burden for my family. Now I will have to take 2 days off w/out pay to take him to the doctors which will also create a burden. I have bills I need to pay and also need to buy 4 new tires & 4 new wheels b4 the end of the year. I don't know where I'm going to get this extra money. Also my productivity at work has suffered because I'm stressing over my spouse's health and lack of income & still mourning the loss of my beloved mom who transitioned 3.5 months ago. Lord, please hear my prayers. PR community please pray over me, my spouse & family situation. I claim victory over this situation. 

I pray for restoration of good health for my husband & financial & spiritual blessings for me and my family & also for understanding from management about my productivity and better job opportunity with better wages, great benefits & closer to home. Jesus never said to "pray for the sick". Jesus said to heal the sick.

17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall (this could be a command?) lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Jesus told "believers" to "do" something about the sick and dieing. He told believers to heal the sick and raise the dead. Even if we do not see anything happen, Jesus told us to go lay hands on the sick. 

Here is another scripture passage which could be taken as a command.

Here is a sample "prayer"

In the name of Jesus, I speak to the cancer in this body and command it to leave this body, now, and never return. In the name of Jesus, I declare and I decree this body shall now be free of all works of the devil.  I bless this body with the life of God.  Thank you Jesus.

Our job as believers is to lay hands on sick people and speak in Jesus name the same things Jesus did. It is the Holy Spirits job to take it from there. We do our part, the Holy Spirit does His part. We do not need to see things "happen" immediately, we just need to do our part.




The best way to change your circumstances around you and to have the people around you do some changing is found in this verse of the Bible, the Word.

Proverbs 4:20-23 (ASV) 
20  My son, attend to my words; Incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21  Let them not depart from thine eyes; Keep them in the midst of thy heart.
22  For they are life unto those that find them, And health to all their flesh.
23  Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.

You, your flesh, your family will all be affected if "you" will make Jesus and God your main focus in life. Read the Word daily, especially the New Testament. Read it, memorize passages, speak passages aloud, mediate on the Words you have read. Sing praise songs, worship the Lord, And love others around you.  Love them like Jesus does and says to do. When you do these things the people around you, your family, shall change. Keep your focus on Jesus, the Father, and the Holy Spirit.

Let Us Pray:  God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You.  I long for a more intimate relationship with You.  God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8).  Show me how to draw closer to You.   Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life.  Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life.  God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7).  I confess, I will take no thought for my life.   I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34).  I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily.  Thank You Jesus for Your Promises!  Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3).  Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus.  God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site.  Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus,  my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
