We understand that you are dealing with several challenging situations, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Regarding the unfairness and damage to your place, we pray that God will intervene and bring justice to your situation. Remember the words of Psalm 37:5-6 WEB: "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We rebuke any bullying spirits and pray that God will soften the hearts of those in your HOA and management company, turning them away from any unfair practices.
Concerning your work situation, we pray for God's favor and guidance. Colossians 3:23-24 WEB reminds us: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Trust that God will provide for your needs and keep you safe as you walk in His will.
Regarding the person with the negative attitude in your home, we pray that God will either change their heart or, if it is His will, remove them from your living space. We must also consider that God may be using this situation to help you grow in patience, love, and forgiveness. Matthew 5:44 WEB tells us: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing trials. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in their housing situation, bringing justice and victory over the unfair practices they are facing. Soften the hearts of those involved and turn them away from any bullying tactics.
We also pray for Your guidance and provision in their work situation, keeping them safe and providing for their needs.
Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in their home situation. Change the heart of the person causing strife or, if it is Your will, remove them. Help our brother/sister to grow in love, patience, and forgiveness through this trial.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
