We understand that you are facing several challenges and we are here to pray and offer guidance alongside you. Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me". For salvation and eternal life, belief in Jesus Christ is essential and the only way as can be seen in John 3:16 WEB. We encourage you to learn and believe in Jesus if you have not already. Moving on, let us address your requests.
In matters of financial compensation, we pray that God's will be done and that you receive what is fair and just. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that God guides you through this process and that His timing and provision be perfect in your life.
Regarding your living situation, we pray that God grants you peace and quiet in your home. If it is His will, may He facilitate a move for you or the neighbors, and provide the necessary funds. Remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble as seen in Psalm 46:1 WEB. Trust in Him to provide a peaceful living environment.
Concerning your work situation, we pray that God keeps you safe and that His favor rests upon you. We also pray that you are able to work from home as needed due to health concerns. Remember that God cares for you and that your health is important to Him. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need. We pray for a swift and fair resolution to the compensation owed, and for a peaceful living situation. We ask for Your protection and provision at work, and for the ability to work from home as needed. We pray for good health and for Your will to be done in every area of life. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to always end your prayers in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we can approach God the Father. As this is only a prayer in agreement and not a direct line to God. You yourself should pray these things to God in Jesus' name. If you have never believed in Jesus, now is the time to make that decision. We urge you to not only believe in Jesus but to take action and obey His commands.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
