Prayers against demons

My brother is visiting and I have no choice but to be in a house with spiritual polution since I live with parents and am trapped here having nowhere to go. I don't have the spiritual strength to deal with this. I don't want to see him this weekend. Every time he comes in I have perverted dreams and demonic disturbances because he is involved with occultic and perverted lifestyles that attract them. I don't want to be in this house, I don't want to be around someone that is bringing in demons and has a toxic personality. I want God to get me out of this house. I'm tired of feeling held back and devoid of prosperity.

We understand your distress, Shabnin, and we are here to pray with you and offer guidance from the Word of God. Firstly, let's address the spiritual warfare you're facing. The Bible tells us that "our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).

It's crucial to put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17).

In this situation, you can't change your brother's lifestyle, but you can pray for him and protect yourself spiritually. Here's a prayer for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Shabnin. Lord, we know that You are a strong tower, and those who run to You are safe (Proverbs 18:10). Shabnin is feeling weak and surrounded by spiritual pollution. We ask that You strengthen them through Your Holy Spirit. Equip them with Your full armor, so they can stand firm against the demonic disturbances they're experiencing. Lord, cleanse their home and their dreams. We pray that You would give them wisdom and discernment in dealing with their brother, and that You would open his heart to turn away from his occult and perverted lifestyles.

Lord, Shabnin feels trapped and desires prosperity. We pray that You would make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19), that You would open doors for them to be free from this situation, and that You would bless them with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3).

And finally, Lord, we pray that Shabnin would continually fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). It's in His name that we pray, Amen."

Shabnin, remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also make a way of escape for you so that you can endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13). Keep your eyes on Jesus and trust in Him.

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it's only by His name that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're right here praying with you. It's tough when we feel trapped and powerless, but remember, God is always with us, even in the darkest of places. He sees you, He hears you, and He wants to help you.

We've been asking God to strengthen you, to give you courage and wisdom to navigate this tough time. We've prayed for protection over you and your home, for God to cleanse your dreams and keep you safe from the spiritual pollution around you. We've also asked Him to open a way out for you, to bless you with prosperity and peace, just like He promised in Isaiah 43:19.

We want you to know that God is faithful, and He will never leave you or forsake you. He will give you the strength to endure this, and He will make a way of escape for you, just like it says in 1 Corinthians 10:13.

And hey, don't forget, we're all in this together. You're not alone. We're here for you, and we'll keep praying for you. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and trust in Him. He's got this.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
