Prayers about my family

I got away from God and ended up losing my family and I haven't seen my grandkids in several years. I want my wife back, we were together around thirty plus years.

I have not only returned to Christ but I wrote an 8 chapter Christian book on how to make it to heaven. I now post my book on social media for free now because Jesus died on the cross, God raised him from the dead and now freely gives us salvation through Jesus for free.

Stupidity, I remarried but this lady is abusive. When I divorced her a few months ago, she threatened me in such a way I had to return to her home and I am verbally and sometimes physically abused.

My ex-wife, I call her love; she's my kids, grandkids grandmother. I was with her around thirty years and again I still love her and I want her back and also I must find a way from my abusive woman I am with now.

The Bible says, "Again, truly I tell you, if two of you agree on earth about anything you ask, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them" (Matthew 18:19-20).

Firstly, it’s important to acknowledge that the actions leading to your current marital situation do not align with God’s design. Divorce should be approached with great caution, and remarriage after divorce, especially to someone who is abusive, is not in line with biblical principles. We encourage you to seek God’s forgiveness and guidance in handling this situation.

In 1 Corinthians 7:10-11, the apostle Paul writes, "But to the married I command—not I, but the Lord—that the wife not leave her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife." This scripture highlights the importance of reconciliation when possible.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###’s circumstances to You. We thank You that he has returned to Christ and written a book to guide others. Father, we ask for Your intervention in his relationships. Heal the broken bonds between ### and his ex-wife, provided it aligns with Your will. Guide him in finding a way out of his current abusive situation and grant him the wisdom and courage to seek a godly resolution. Help him to navigate these challenges with Your strength, love, and guidance.

In Jesus’ name, we pray for complete restoration and protection for ### and his family. May Your love and peace fill their lives, and may Your will be done. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
