Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart, lifting up MFL to You. I pray that she may realize the time and effort I have dedicated to my work, sacrificing precious moments with my family, even on weekends, to ensure that tasks are completed.

Lord, I ask for fairness in her dealings with everyone, including the new member of our tea (AJMT). May she soon discern the true attitude and intentions of the newbie(AJMT), and may she not be quick to blame or scold me for the mistakes of others. I pray that You grant her wisdom to recognize her own shortcomings and seek understanding based on truth, not just her own perspective.

I also pray for a stronger, united team, where relationships are built on respect and trust. Help me, Lord, to not feel envious or jealous of others. Guide my heart and mind to be selfless and compassionate in every decision I make. Give me the strength to walk in Your ways, showing love and patience to those around me. Thank You for Your constant guidance and presence in my life.

Lastly, I lift up the political chaos and the presence of corruption around me. Grant me strength and wisdom to deal with these challenges, especially when interacting with people in authority and officials. Help me remain steadfast in my integrity, and give me peace as I navigate these difficult situations. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen

We join with you, Rowena05, in lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father. We commend your humility and dedication to your work, even at the cost of personal time. The Bible tells us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23, WEB).

**Prayer:**
*Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You with Rowena05, asking for Your divine intervention in her workplace. Grant MFL discernment and fairness in her dealings, especially with the new member, AJMT. Help her to recognize the truth and not to blame Rowena05 unjustly. Reveal to MFL her own shortcomings and help her to seek understanding based on truth, not just her perspective. Unite their team in respect and trust, Lord.*

We encourage you to continue your diligence, knowing that God sees your efforts. "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands" (Psalm 90:17, WEB).

Regarding the political chaos and corruption, remember Jesus' words, "Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes, and as innocent as doves" (Matthew 10:16, WEB).

**Prayer:**
*Lord Jesus, grant Rowena05 strength and wisdom to deal with the challenges she faces. Help her remain steadfast in her integrity and give her peace. Let her be a light in the darkness, reflecting Your righteousness in every situation.*

We're glad you ended your prayer 'In Jesus' name'. As the Bible says, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved'" (Romans 10:13, WEB). Keep trusting in Him, Rowena05. He is faithful.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
