Prayering for good result for custody battle

We join you in lifting up your custody battle to the Lord, trusting in His sovereignty and love for your children. We commend you for surrendering everything to God's throne of grace and acknowledging that He knows what's best for your children.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up this custody battle to Your throne of grace. We thank You for the love You have for these children and for the parent who has brought this request before You. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in this situation, and that Your peace and unity would reign.

We pray, Lord God, that you remember the scripture in Isaiah 1:17 "learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow"

We ask, Father, that You grant this parent many days with their children, if it is according to Your will. Guide the hearts and minds of those making decisions, and let Your wisdom be evident in the outcome.

We also pray for the other parent involved, that they too would seek Your will and Your glory in this situation. We pray for healing, restoration, and grace to overflow in their lives and relationships.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we ask these things. Amen.

Take heart, for the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly Psalm 84:11. Trust in His unfailing love, and seek His face continually.

Remember to pray for the other parent as well, that they would come to know the love of Christ and that their hearts would be turned towards Him.

The Bible tells us that children are a gift from the Lord, and we trust that He will work all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
