We understand that you feel called to ministry, but there are obstacles in your way. Firstly, we want to remind you that God's call on your life is a precious thing, and He will equip you and make a way where there seems to be no way. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 1:27-29 WEB:
"but God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise. God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God chose what is low and despised in the world, what is not, to bring to nothing what is, so that no flesh might boast before God."
Even the apostle Paul had a thorn in his flesh, which he begged God to remove, but God's response to this plea was this,
And he has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. (2 Corinthians 12:9)
We will pray for your health issues, that God would heal you and strengthen you according to His will. We also want to address something that is not clear in your request. You mentioned that you are prohibited by "###". You have not made clear what this is. If this is a person, please use the full word person. There is no need to use hash symbols. Also, we will pray for a job for you, but we want to remind you that God's provision is not always in the form of a job. He can provide for you in many different ways.
Most importantly, we want to ensure that you are seeking God's will in Jesus' name. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written:
"In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23 WEB)
"He who believes in him is not condemned. He who doesn't believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God." (John 3:18 WEB)
So please make sure to ask in Jesus name and make sure you are believing in the name of Jesus Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who feels called to ministry but faces obstacles. Lord, we ask for your healing touch on their health issues, that you would strengthen them and equip them for the work you have called them to. We pray for your provision in their life, that you would open doors for a job or any other means of provision that you see fit.
We also pray for the person who is prohibiting them from pursuing ministry. Lord, we ask that you would soften their heart and remove any obstacles that stand in the way of your will. We pray for a spirit of unity and understanding between them.
Most importantly, Lord, we pray that our brother/sister would seek your will above all else and ask all these things in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ. We pray that they believe in Jesus Christ and are saved. Work in their heart and give them the assurance of salvation.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will, to press into His presence, and to trust in His timing. He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has started in you (Philippians 1:6). May the Lord be with you who believe in the name of Jesus Christ.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
