We understand that you are struggling with anxiety and insomnia, and we are here to intercede and offer some biblical guidance. Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In times of anxiety, remember that God cares for you and wants you to cast all your worries upon Him. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB says:
casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
Regarding insomnia, it is essential to remember that God wants us to come to Him for rest. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says:
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is struggling with anxiety and insomnia. We ask for Your healing touch upon their mind and body. Grant them the supernatural peace that only You can give, and help them to rest in Your loving arms. Give them the strength to endure and overcome these struggles, and help them to trust in You more each day. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and keep your focus on the Lord. Psalm 16:8, WEB
I have set Yahweh always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
