We understand that you are feeling anxious about your upcoming math exam and have turned to the Lord Jesus for help. It is wonderful that you acknowledge His power and seek His assistance in your time of need.
Firstly, we are reminded of the scripture that tells us, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
We commend you for turning to Jesus in your time of need, as it is only through His name that we can approach God the Father, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Let us pray together for your exam:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling anxious about their math exam. Lord, You know the plans You have for them, plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.
We ask that You grant them a sound mind and the ability to recall all that they have studied. Replace their anxiety with Your peace, and guide them through their exam. Help them to abstain from sin and to use their time wisely, avoiding procrastination.
We declare that they have the mind of Christ, 1 Corinthians 2:16 WEB, and that they are more than a conqueror through Him who loved us, Romans 8:37 WEB. Guide them as they study and sit for their exam, and let Your will be done in their life.
We also pray for their walk with You, Lord. Draw them closer to You, and help them to live a life that is pleasing to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As for procrastination, remember what the apostle Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
Continually push forward in your studying with the goal to do it as to the Lord for His glory. Use this as a reminder to always do your best.
In addition, keep in mind 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Use this verse to press through your times of anxiety and help you to trust in the Lord for all things. We will continue to keep you in prayer.
