We understand your desire for wisdom and anointing, especially as it pertains to your safety. We stand with you in prayer that God will grant you the wisdom and discernment needed to navigate life's challenges. Safety is a blessing from God.
Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that anything good and perfect is only by the name of Jesus Christ. If we ask in any other name we violate God's word. Here is what the Bible says:
Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" In James 4:3 WEB, we read, "You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures."
Solomon was given wisdom by God when he asked for it. Solomon had been given wisdom to discern justice, to have understanding and wisdom more than he could measure. We pray for you to have this wisdom. God answered Solomon's request and we are confident He will answer yours.
1 Kings 3:9 WEB "So give your servant an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil; for who is able to judge this your great people?"
1 Kings 4:29 WEB "God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceedingly much, and very great understanding, even as the sand that is on the seashore."
Spiritual growth is important and being anointed is not specifically given in scripture. However, being filled with the Holy Spirit is. We know that the Holy Spirit will help us live a life that is pleasing to God, and have victory over the enemy. The Holy Spirit is our advocate, our comforter, our guide, and is synonymous with God.
Acts 1:8 WEB "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth."
Acts 2:38-39 WEB "Peter said to them, 'Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all who are far off, even as many as the Lord our God will call to himself.'"
As we seek the face of God, we pray for your safety and protection. We know that God promises to keep us safe when we are in Christ. We pray for your continued walk with God, and that you will be protected from the evil one.
Psalm 91:1-4 WEB "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."
Lastly, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved child of Yours. We pray that You will grant them the wisdom and discernment they need to navigate life's challenges safely. We ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be empowered to live a life pleasing to You and have victory over the enemy. We pray for their safety and protection, knowing that You are their refuge and fortress. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
