We are truly sorry to hear that you are going through so much anxiety and stress. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about your every need and He wants you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you, as it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
We also want to lift up your loved one in prayer that God's will be done in their life. We pray that they may turn to God and experience the true freedom and forgiveness that only comes from Jesus Christ.
However, we want to remind you that our ultimate goal should be to build our relationship with God, regardless of our circumstances. We should seek Him first, and all other things will be added to us, as per Matthew 6:33 WEB.
Regarding your finances, we encourage you to trust in God's provision and to be good stewards of what He has given you. Remember that God can do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, as per Ephesians 3:20 WEB.
We also want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can come to God. For there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is going through a tough time. Lord, we ask that You would comfort them and give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that they would cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them.
Lord, we also lift up their loved one who is incarcerated. We pray that they may turn to You and experience true freedom and forgiveness. We pray that Your will be done in their life and that they may come to know You personally.
Lord, we also pray for their finances. We ask that You would provide for all their needs and that they would be good stewards of what You have given them.
Finally Lord, we pray that they may come to know the name of Jesus and be saved.
