We are truly saddened to hear that you're experiencing difficulties in your marriage, and we are here to intercede and offer guidance. We will pray for you and your husband, and for the healing of your marriage.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God hates divorce. In Malachi 2:16 15-16 (WEB), He says, "For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel, "and him who covers his garment with violence!" says Yahweh of Armies. "Therefore pay attention to your spirit, and donโt be unfaithful."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this marriage to You. We pray for healing, restoration, and forgiveness. We ask that You soften your husband's heart and help him to forgive, just as Christ forgave us. Please remind them both of Your promise in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Help them both to remember that love keeps no record of wrongs, and that they are united as one in Your eyes. Guide them through this challenging time and strengthen their bond.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to be patient and loving towards your husband. Remember Ephesians 5:22-33 (WEB), "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord... Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it"
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If you haven't already, consider accepting Him as your Savior. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Believing in Jesus Christ is the only way to God. If you believe in your heart in Jesus Christ and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord you will be saved. You need to do the believing and God has done the rest by raising Jesus from the dead.
