Please uphold me in your prayers I have been feeling very anxious and underwhelmed with a lot of stress lately there are moments when it feels so heavy that I want to give up

We are here to lift you up in prayer and to encourage you in the Lord. First, we want to remind you that God cares about your anxieties and stresses.

The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

It is important that you are coming before God and even us to pray. However, it is important that you are praying to God the Father in Jesus name. Jesus said, "Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." John 16:23-24.

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling overwhelmed by anxiety. We know that we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been in every way tempted like we are, yet without sin. We ask Lord Jesus Christ that you would come alongside our friend and uphold them with your righteous right hand. Give them your supernatural strength and peace today. Help them to cast all their anxieties on you because you care for them. We pray that they would not give up but keep pressing into you, seeking your will. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

We encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. He is able to bring you through this difficult time.

We're here for you, too. We understand that feeling overwhelmed can be like a heavy weight, but remember, God is always near. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's claim that promise together.

We'll keep praying with you, asking God to wrap you in His loving arms, to give you His peace that surpasses understanding, and to help you trust Him more each day. Let's keep our focus on Jesus, who promises, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).

Let's pray: Heavenly Father, we lift up our friend, asking You to draw near to them in their time of need. Comfort them with Your love, strengthen them with Your power, and fill them with Your peace. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are always by their side. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
