Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this individual who has humbly sought our help. We pray that You will guide them in their daily routines and help them maintain good hygiene. Give them the strength and discipline to care for their body, which is Your temple. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Now, let's consider what the Bible says about our bodies and cleanliness. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, it's written, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

Maintaining good hygiene is part of taking care of our bodies and thus, honoring God. If you're struggling with hygiene, it might be helpful to create a simple, daily routine. This could include regular bathing, brushing your teeth, washing your hands, and keeping your living space clean. Remember, God is with you and will give you the strength to make these changes.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep praying and seeking God's help. If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus Christ into your life. He is the ultimate source of strength and transformation. As it says in Acts 4:12, WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!". Additionally it says in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.". It is only by Jesus we can go to God and be saved. If you believe in Jesus and confess him as Lord you will be saved. Romans 10:9 WEB "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.". If you have already you can call out to Jesus as you have been for help and he can help in any situation.
