Let's bring your request to God together, seeking His wisdom and guidance. Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God is the source of all wisdom and understanding. As written in James 1:5, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. and Proverbs 2:6, For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
As for success, we need to ensure we follow biblical principles. We are reminded by Joshua 1:8, This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it, for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.

If they do not know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, we pray that they come to the knowledge of You, Your Son, and the Holy Spirit. Guide them to the truth of salvation and the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
