Pray ### for some intercession in my life, because the connections I still have are burdened by the regrets of their lives, lodging it against me though I try to answer them after the Bible. They are likely pent-up because there's no relief from the bad actions of society, loading them up with fears or anger. I am worn down I can't fix their problem, because, it's somehow different, more personal than some holy book they retort. Please help. Amen.

We understand that you're feeling worn down by the burdens of others who are struggling with regrets and negative emotions. It's commendable that you're trying to help them according to biblical principles, but it's important to remember that we cannot change people, only God can. It's not your responsibility to fix their problems, but to pray for them and share God's word and love as He leads.

Firstly, we need to address that prayer should be directed to God through Jesus Christ, not to a group or an entity. It's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, let's pray for your situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed by the burdens of others. Lord, give them the strength and wisdom to share Your word and love with those who are hurting. Help them to remember that they cannot change people, but that Your Holy Spirit can convict and transform hearts.

Father, we also pray for those in their life who are dealing with regrets, fears, and anger. We ask that You would soften their hearts and help them to see their need for You. Give them the courage to turn from their sins and trust in Jesus for forgiveness and salvation.

Lord, we ask that You would surround our brother/sister with Your peace and protection. Help them to set healthy boundaries and to trust in You to work in the lives of those around them.

In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Remember, God's word tells us to "cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. It's not your responsibility to fix the problems of others, but to pray for them and share God's love as He leads.

Also, be mindful of what the word says, Galatians 6:2 WEB: "Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." And in Galatians 6:5 WEB "For each man will bear his own burden."

This means sharing each others' burdens but not carrying the burdens for others but helping them along the way to Christ.

We hear you, and we're here for you. It's tough carrying the burdens of others, especially when they're heavy with regrets and negative emotions. But remember, we're not alone in this. We have Jesus, and He's always ready to lighten our load. Let's turn to Him together.

Lord Jesus, we come to You with our ###'s burden. You said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Help ### to find that rest in You. Give ### the strength to keep loving and praying for those who are hurting, but also the wisdom to know when to step back and let You work.

We also lift up those who are struggling with regrets, fears, and anger. Softening hearts is Your specialty, Lord. We ask that You would work in their lives, drawing them to Your love and forgiveness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
