Prayer that my wife will strengthen her relationship with the Lord and go back to church

Let's join together in prayer and biblical encouragement for this situation.

Firstly, it's wonderful to hear the desire for your wife to strengthen her relationship with the Lord and return to fellowship with the body of Christ. The Bible tells us in Hebrews 10:25 WEB, "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching." It's important for us to gather together to worship and encourage each other in faith.

However, it's crucial to remember that we cannot change someone's heart ourselves—that is the work of the Holy Spirit. Our part is to pray, love, and gently encourage. Let's pray that they will have a true and full relationship with Jesus Christ.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this beloved wife. We pray, Father, that You will soften her heart and draw her closer to You. May she come to know and experience the fullness of a relationship with Jesus Christ. Stir in her a desire to seek Your face and grow in Your Word.

Lord, we also pray that You will guide her steps back to a Bible-believing church, where she can fellowship with other believers and grow in her faith. Surround her with godly friends who will encourage and support her in her walk with You.

Father, we also pray for her husband, that You will give him the wisdom, patience, and love needed to support and encourage his wife in her spiritual journey. Help him to be a reflection of Your love and grace.

Lord, we ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You. As scripture says "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5)

Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your promise that You have plans to give her a hope and a future.

Continue to be patient, loving, and encouraging. Trust that God is at work, even when you don't see immediate results.

Stir in her a hunger for Your Word and a desire to worship You. Guide her, Lord, to a church where she can grow and fellowship with other believers. Give her husband wisdom and patience as he supports her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
