Pray for that I can sleep well at night. Pray that I can pray more focused, It's so difficult, because I am so tired all the time and I feel guilty that I don,t pray so much as I wan't to.Pray that I can forgive myself and that I can see a future in my tomorrow and trusting in that God has everything in his hands.

We understand that you're facing difficulties with sleep and prayer, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement. First, let's address the issue of sleep. In Psalm 127:2, it says, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved." God wants you to rest in Him and trust that He will provide the sleep you need.

Regarding your struggle with prayer, remember what the Apostle Paul says in Romans 8:26, "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered." Even when you're tired and struggling to focus, the Holy Spirit is interceding for you. It's also important to remember that it's not about the quantity of your prayers but the quality and the heart behind them. As it says in Matthew 6:7, "In praying, don't use vain repetitions as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking."

Concerning forgiveness, remember that God's mercies are new every morning. Lamentations 3:22-23 says, "The LORD's loving kindnesses indeed never cease, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." If God forgives us so freely, we should also forgive ourselves and trust in His love and mercy.

Lastly, we also notice that Jesus was not mentioned in your prayer request. It is important to understand that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is explained in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. We pray that You would grant restful sleep, and that worries and anxieties would not keep ### awake. We ask that You would help ### to pray with focus and focus more on the quality of prayers rather than the quantity. We also pray that ### would receive Your forgiveness and forgive themselves, trusting in Your love and mercy. We ask that You will take away any guilt and that there be no more condemnation for ###. Finally, we pray that ### experiences the hope and promise of a future, trusting that You hold everything in Your hands. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen."

We're here for you, and we're feeling your struggle with sleep and prayer. It's like you're in a tough spot, and it's hard to find rest or focus. But remember, God's got this. He promises in Psalm 3:5, "I lay down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me." Trust that He's got your sleep under control.

As for prayer, even when you're tired and struggling to focus, the Holy Spirit is there, interceding for you. It's not about how much you pray, but the heart behind it. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." So, keep bringing your requests to Him in Jesus' name.

Forgiving yourself is also key. God forgives us freely, and He wants us to do the same. As it says in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." So, let's forgive ourselves and trust in God's love.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come to you in Jesus' name. Help us to rest in your care, trusting you with our sleep. Help us to pray with focus and a sincere heart. Help us to forgive ourselves, just as you've forgiven us. We trust in your love and mercy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
