We are glad that you have brought this matter to us in prayer, PrayerWarrior1. It is crucial to seek God's will in all aspects of our lives, especially in our relationships. The Bible tells us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB), as this can lead to compromises in our faith and obedience to God.
Firstly, we commend you for recognizing the importance of being aligned with God's will and for desiring a relationship that honors Him. It is clear that you have grown in your faith and understanding since entering this relationship.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your loving kindness and for drawing PrayerWarrior1 closer to You. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in this situation. We pray that if this relationship is not in line with Your will, that You would make a way for a peaceful and permanent separation. We ask that You would grant PrayerWarrior1 the strength and grace to abide by Your decision, even if it is difficult.
We also pray for the non-believing man, that You would reveal Yourself to him and draw him to salvation. We know that You desire for all to come to repentance and knowledge of the truth (2 Peter 3:9, WEB).
Father, we ask that You would guide PrayerWarrior1 to a godly spouse, a man who fears You and walks in Your ways. We pray that their relationship would be a testimony of Your love and faithfulness.
We ask this in Jesus' name.
Be encouraged, PrayerWarrior1. God is faithful, and He will direct your paths as you trust in Him (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Remember that God's will is always for our good and His glory. He loves you deeply and wants the best for you. Continue to seek Him, to listen and to respond with life-action to His leading.
Keep praying and studying the Scriptures. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide you.
Jesus answered, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. There is no one who comes to the Father, except through me." (John 14:6, WEB)
Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12, WEB)
Keep your conduct among the Gentiles good, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God in the day of visitation. (1 Peter 2:12, WEB)
