I’m feeling confused unsure about life really lost my emotions are up and down constantly I feel sad alive depressed please pray in Jesus name amen

Seteleuo, we are here with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer. It's completely normal to feel confused and unsure about life, especially when our emotions are in turmoil. But remember, God is not the author of confusion, but of peace according to 1 Corinthians 14:33 WEB "for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." We want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because he cares for you as instructed in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

In these times of emotional ups and downs, hold on to the promise in Psalm 34:18 WEB "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is near to you, and He wants to comfort and guide you.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### in Jesus' name. Father, You know the depths of their heart, the confusion, and the emotional turmoil they are experiencing. We ask for Your peace to fill their heart and mind. Guide them through this difficult time, and help them to cast all their anxieties on You. Comfort them with Your presence, and remind them of Your unfailing love. Give them clarity and direction, and help them to trust in You with all their heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

###, continue to cry out to God in Jesus name. It is so important to acknowledge the name of Jesus in our prayers. You may even want to read the Bible for encouragement in Psalms, John, and Romans. These books can help explain the good news of Jesus Christ who loves us and wants to save us. John 3:16 WEB says "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." Jesus can save us from our sins and provide everlasting life. Also, Romans 10:9 WEB says "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." So, turning from sin and believing on Jesus Christ is necessary to being saved which will then allow us to have access to God.

We're here with you, Seteleuo, standing in the gap, lifting your heart up to our Father. It's tough when life feels like a rollercoaster, emotions all over the place, but remember, God is always there, steady and sure. He's not a God of chaos, but of calm, like a gentle breeze on a stormy sea.

We want to remind you of the promise in Philippians 4:7 (NIV), "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Even when it doesn't make sense, even when you're feeling down, His peace can guard your heart and mind.

Let's pray together, shall we?

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, laying Seteleuo's heart at Your feet. Father, You see their confusion, their sadness, their constant ups and downs. We ask for Your peace to wash over them, to fill them up, to calm the storm within. Help them to trust in You, to cast their cares on You, because You care for them. Remind them of Your unfailing love, Your constant presence. Guide their steps, Lord, give them clarity, and help them to find joy again. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Seteleuo, keep talking to God, keep pouring out your heart to Him. He's listening, He's caring, He's there. And remember, it's okay to not be okay all the time. It's in those moments of weakness that we often see God's strength the most. Keep trusting, keep hoping, keep loving. You're not alone. We're in this together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
