Tachick, we understand your concern as a parent and we are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our employment and health. It's also crucial to acknowledge God's sovereignty. He is in control. We do see that you do not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. This is important because it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father. The Bible tells us, For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all. This was the testimony given at the proper time. There is one God and one mediator so that we can pray and receive answers to prayer in Jesus's name. Being worried is a normal part of being human, but we need to turn that over to God. When we do that, He gives us peace.
The Bible tells us, Don’t be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. It sounds like your son is not yet married. If you son is single and not married, there is nothing wrong with that. But it would be good to pray for a godly wife for him if that is his desire and aligns with God's will.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Tachick's son to You. We pray that if it is Your will, he will feel well today and arrive at work on time. We ask for Your protection over his employment and that Your will be done in his life.
Lord, we also pray for Tachick. We ask that You replace her worry with Your peace. Help her to trust in You and to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her and her son.
If Tachick's son is single, guide him and direct him to a Godly wife. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue to trust God with your son's life. Psalm 37:5 reminds us, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:
