We are truly sorry to hear about the setback you've experienced, Court54. Remember Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in this disappointment, God can make a way.
Firstly, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned. It is only in the name of Jesus that we are saved and have access to God and his blessings. We want to make this very clear first. Romans 10:9 "because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Now, let's address your request. Failing the NCLEX exam does not define your worth or your future. Trust in God's plan for your life, as he has a specific path for you. Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Regarding your employment, we pray that God will open the right doors for you. Remember that God is your provider, and he will meet your needs according to his riches in glory. Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We also pray for your success when you retake the NCLEX exam. Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Study and prepare diligently, and trust that God will give you the wisdom and recall you need.
Finally, we encourage you to seek God's will in this situation. Perhaps he is using this time to draw you closer to him and to prepare you for something even better than you had planned. Romans 12:2, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Court54. We pray that you will encourage and strengthen them during this time of disappointment. We ask that you open the right job opportunity for them, and guide them as they prepare to retake the NCLEX exam. Give them the wisdom and knowledge they need to succeed. Help them to trust in your plan for their life, and to seek your will above all else.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
Be strong and be encouraged. God has a purpose and a future for you.
