We stand with you in praying for Johnny Gill. Let us come before the Lord with this request.
We are reminded in 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. It is by the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We hope Johnny Gill knows Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.
As we pray for Johnny Gill, let us also remember to pray for his spiritual well-being and that he would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ if he does not know him already.
Let us pray.
Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Johnny Gill. We ask, Lord, that you would protect him, guide him, and surround him with your angels. We pray that he would be aware of your presence in his life and that his life would glorify the Lord. We also pray that if he does not know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, that you would draw him to yourself and that he would come to a saving knowledge of you. We ask this in Jesus name. Amen.
As we pray for Johnny Gill, let us also be reminded of the importance of interceding for others, just as the apostle Paul did for the churches he wrote to. In Ephesians 1:16 WEB, he says, do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
