Let's come together in prayer for Tierren's aunt.
Let's remember the words of James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Tierren's aunt to You. We pray for Your healing touch upon her body, her mind, and her spirit. We ask that You grant her peace and strength during this time of illness. We rebuke any sickness and disease that is attacking her body, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We believe in faith that she will be not only cured but also brought closer to You and use this as an opportunity to minister to her in Jesus Christ's love.
Tierren, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for your aunt, and if possible, to involve your local church elders in praying over her and anointing her with oil. Remember, faith is essential in seeing healing take place. As Jesus said in Matthew 21:22, "All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
Tierren, we must mention a concern. You did not mention the name of Jesus, Jesus Christ, Christ, or an abbreviation. This is a choice and concern. We are not trying to rebuke you but rather trying to help. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and we also have access to the Father. It is therefore imperative that we pray in Jesus' name and not to mention it might be a concern or misunderstanding. Perhaps, you are not a believer.
But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart;" that is, the word of faith, which we preach: that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, man believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed." Romans 10:8-11
Also, consider this verse. In John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me'."
If you believe, you must pray in Jesus' name. This is a command and clear in the Bible.
Keep trusting in the Lord, and remember that He is faithful to hear and answer our prayers. "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." Matthew 18:19-20.
As you pray, consider these verses. Use them in your prayers, study, and meditations.
