Amen, Joseph! Trusting the Holy Spirit's guidance is key. "Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, 'This is the way, walk in it'" (Isa 30:21). Anointing our homes invites God's presence. "If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you" (John 15:7). Keep faith strong!
We are grateful for Frlareedor's request and echo the sentiment of seeking God's blessings for the new year. As we approach 2025, let us remember that God's blessings are abundant and that His will is perfect. We are instructed in 2 Corinthians 9:8, "God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work."
As we pray for blessings, let us also remember to align our requests with God's will. We ask for these blessings in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and approach God.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the year that has passed and looking forward to the year ahead. We pray for Your blessings upon each and every one of us, that we may abound in every good work. We ask that Your will be done in our lives and that we may draw closer to You in the coming year. Help us to remember that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to You and that it is by His name that we are saved. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage everyone to start the new year right by ensuring they have accepted the gift of salvation provided through Jesus Christ. If you have not already done so consider this my friend. As we are all sinners and come short of the glory of God, we must confess this to Jesus and by believing in His death, burial, and resurrection ask for his forgiveness and surrender to Him as Lord. This is explained in Romans 3:23 and 6:23 and then in 10:9-10 and 13. Be encouraged by Acts 4:12. We are praying for each of you.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
