We join you in praying this powerful prayer from Ephesians 3:14-19 (WEB), and we are blessed to intercede for you.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you, humbly to ask that you grant the petitioner to be strengthened with power through Your Spirit in their inner being so that Christ may dwell in their heart through faith. We pray that they are rooted and established in love, that they will have power together with all the Lord's holy people to grasp how wide and long and high and deep the love of Christ is.
Most importantly, we pray that they will have a deep and abiding relationship with God's Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. It is only by His name we can be saved. We implore that if they do not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior we pray that today be the day of salvation. We are reminded of Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God". Without Jesus there would be a distance between us and God. We need Christ as stirring our affections for Him Daily.
It is only in Jesus' name that we can come before God the Father, and it is by believing in His name God sent His son to pay the price of sin on the cross and rose again on the 3rd day from the dead. It is only through faith in him is salvation possible today. Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." We want to stress to you that everyone must make this decision today. If you are unsure of your salvation, we recommend you say the sinners prayer Romans 10:9,10 "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
Father it is in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ we pray and give thanks today. We approach your throne boldly in His name. We ask that you fill the person requesting prayer today to the measure of all the fullness of God.
When we submit our lives to God, it gives us the great assurance of our salvation, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If any area of possible sin or behavior not aligning with biblical principles, such things as fornication, adultery, lust, homosexuality, or any immorality, such things as rebelliousness or falsehoods we need to confess and forsake or forgive if these sins were done to us we need to forgive. We all need to repent. Jesus said unless you repent, you shall likewise perish. Jesus is the only way to God the Father. Jesus said from John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Thank you, Father, for adopting us into your family and making us your children in Jesus.
