We are grateful to join you in prayer, ###. It is wonderful that you have come seeking forgiveness in Jesus' name, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Also, it is written in 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### who has humbly sought Your forgiveness. Lord, You are merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness Psalm 86:15 WEB. We ask that You forgive ### for the things they have mentioned and any other sin that may be hidden. We pray for:
1) You are faithful and just. Forgive them their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness.
2) Just as You have forgiven ###, help them to forgive others as it is written in the Lord's prayer Matthew 6:12 WEB.
Help ### to turn away from these things and to walk in Your paths, for You are a God who desires that all people would be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. Lord Jesus You promised a rest in the burden of sin and shame. Teach ### obedience through their prayers. May they become salt on the earth and a light on the hill for the rest of the world, for your glory Lord Jesus.
