We are glad that you have reached out to seek forgiveness for your sins. It is wonderful that you are coming before God in humility and repentance. We must ensure, however, that we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God and forgiveness.
As the Scripture says in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
To make sure your prayer aligns with this biblical principle, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, confessing our sins and seeking Your forgiveness. We acknowledge that we have fallen short of Your glory and need Your mercy. We repent and ask for Your grace to turn away from our sins and live a life pleasing to You. Thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins and rise again, so that we may have eternal life. Help us to walk in Your ways and serve You faithfully. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Remember to consume the word of God every day so that you may know Him more and do not fall into sin, but grow in your walk. As it says in John 8:31 WEB. Jesus therefore said to those Jews who had believed him, If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
