We are grateful that Anonymous has come to repentance, which is the will of God for their life. It's wonderful to know they asked for forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. God has promised that if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
However 14 years is a long time to hold onto guilt for a sin that is already forgiven. We must trust that when God forgives, He remembers our sins no more. Therefore, let us pray together for complete healing and freedom from any remaining guilt or condemnation which Anonymous has.
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ,
We thank you, Father, that Anonymous has come to you in true repentance. Your word says If we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. As Anonymous as confessed this sin from 14 years ago it is our belief that this sin is forgiven, forgotten, and remembered no more. Scripture tells us in Psalms 103:12 WEB As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
And in Hebrews 10:17 WEB says and I will remember their sins and their iniquities no more. We pray now heavenly father that you would also take away from Anonymous any guilt or condemnation associated with this sin. Father God, your word is truth and every man is a liar. So, it is our testimony that, having accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior that, Anonymous is now a new creature. That old things have passed away and all things have become new.
Father God, Anonymous no longer needs to carry around this guilt. It has been nailed to the cross and left there. Therefore, we plead the blood of Jesus over this situation and thank you that by the stripes of Jesus Christ, Anonymous is healed. In faith, believing we claim that Anonymous is redeemed from the power of the sin and death and can walk in the full rights of a son of the living God. There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Anonymous is delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
Father God, we pray this believing in your son Jesus Christ and His grace and heralding His glorious name.
In Jesus Christ' name, Amen.
