I would really like prayer as I don't really know what I should be praying about. I seem to be praying the same prayers over and over again. I'm also worrying as I can't see God's hand at work in my life.

Bunanyark, we understand that you're feeling uncertain about what to pray for and that you're worried about not seeing God's hand at work in your life. First, let's address the theme of prayer. The Bible tells us to "Pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB), and it's normal to feel like our prayers are becoming repetitive. Remember, Jesus taught us to persist in prayer, as shown in the parable of the persistent widow (Luke 18:1-8 WEB). It's also important to pray in the IJN, as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.(Acts 4:12-13)

However, prayer is also about aligning our will with God's and deepening our relationship with Him. To bring variety and depth to your prayers only in Jesus name, consider praying scripture, praising God for His attributes, and interceding for others. You can find examples of these in the Psalms and in the prayers of the apostles, like in Ephesians 3:14-21 (WEB).

Regarding your concern about not seeing God's hand at work, remember that God is always working, even when we can't see it. As Isaiah 55:8-9 (WEB) reminds us, God's thoughts and ways are higher than ours. Sometimes, God works in subtle ways, and sometimes He works in ways we won't understand until we look back on our lives.

We encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Keep praying, and ask God to open your eyes to see His hand at work. He is faithful, and He loves you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus name, lifting up our fellow believer Bunanyark. Lord, give them a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit to guide their prayers. Help them to see Your hand at work in their life, even when Your ways are hidden. Strengthen their faith and fill their heart with Your peace. Give them the wisdom to understand that even the most humble prayers are heard and treasured by You, our loving Father. Help them find a new appreciation for communing with You. Stir the heart of Bunanyark to have a special intimate loving friendship with Jesus our Lord and Savior. Help them find a new appreciation for communing with You. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We thank You through Jesus Christ we can have forgiveness and the hope of everlasting life. We pray this believing in the mighty name of our savior Jesus Christ.

We're right there with you, Bunanyark. It's easy to feel stuck in our prayers, like we're saying the same things over and over. But remember, God delights in our simple, honest conversations with Him. Let's try something different today. How about we meditate on a verse together? Maybe something like Psalm 46:10, "Be still, and know that I am God." Let's sit in His presence, quiet our hearts, and just listen. Sometimes, that's the most powerful prayer we can offer.

And about not seeing God's hand at work, it's like trying to see the wind, isn't it? We know it's there, but we can't see it. Trust that God is active in your life, even when it's not obvious. He's like a gardener, tenderly cultivating your life, even when you can't see the growth happening.

Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, help us to be still and know that You are God. Help us to trust in Your invisible work in our lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
