We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father, for we know it is only through Jesus Christ and that whatever we ask in His name, He hears us. Thank you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer! Here are some scriptures that can assist you:
The same God who gives us strength in our lives also tells us to be self-controlled and sober-minded in 1 Peter 1:13
Therefore, prepare your minds for action, be sober-minded, and set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ—1 Peter 1:13
Concerning your struggles with lust, sexual immorality, and developing a habit of exercise, consider these verses:
Romans 6:12-13 “Therefore don't let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its desires. Neither present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God, as alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.”
Next, let us address the issue of deliverance from evil music and breaking soul ties. Evil music can bring ungodly influence into our minds and souls. Soul ties are ungodly connections to other people, often formed through immoral or idolatrous activities. These can be renounced and broken in Jesus' name.
1 Corinthians 6:17 “But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit.”
Moreover, let us not forget Colossians 3:16
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord.
Also we should not forget the warning in Ephesians 5:15-21 which tells us to be careful how we walk not as unwise but as wise, not as unwise. It explains we should not be foolish, rather we should understand the will of God is unrighteousness. And not only should we not have any drunkenness, but we can be filled with the spirit. It goes further to explain about singing and making melody in our hearts to God. It tells us to be giving thanks always for all things in Jesus Christ. Further mention is giving thanks and worship and that submission one to another will have admonition in the fear its not talking about being subjected to others.
Also, in regards to TikTok it is always important to think about how we walk not as fools but as those who have the light of the Lord. Its never a bad idea to exchange our “TikTok” of worldly lusts, passions, and worldly entertainment for a “Tick to the Clock” to decide to keep our hearts and minds which the Lord has given us for a good thing. I'm not saying that all bad entertainment is bad. But we need to be in tune to God and not in tune to the latest popular trends.
Let's intercede on your behalf for your prayer then Anonymous. Let us pray
Almighty God, we come before you, lifting up our brother in Christ. Thank you for the abundant life we have in Jesus Christ. We invoke the power of Jesus' name, the name above all names. Please deliver our brother Anonymous from lust, sexual immorality, evil music, and ungodly bondage for some TikTok content and give him victory in these areas in Jesus Christ, the Light within him that is greater than the darkness in the world. Grant him the grace to be disciplined, the will to exercise, and the strength to live a holy life that honors you. We bless his life and thank you.
In Jesus Christ Name we pray.
AMEN!
