We rejoice with you, ###, for coming before God with a humble heart, seeking forgiveness. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is by His name that we are saved. Scripture tells us:

“In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace” (Ephesians 1:7 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with thanksgiving for the forgiveness we have in Jesus Christ. We lift up ###, who has humbly sought Your mercy. Lord, wash away all wrongdoings, and purify the heart and soul. In the name of Jesus Christ, continue to guide and strengthen, and fill joy and peace.
