We understand your anxiety, Court54, but let us remind you that God's peace is available to you even in this situation. The Bible tells us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
Firstly, we notice that Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ or IJN is not mentioned in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved and have access to God. And there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we can be saved. If you have never called on the name of Jesus Christ by believing in him and his death and resurrection to be saved, you need to do that now. Here is what the bible says about this in Romans 10:8-13, "But what does it say? \The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart;\ that is, the word of faith, which we preach; because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, \Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.\ For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'β If you are already a Christian, just carry on.
We are called to cast all our cares upon him, for he cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Whether you have passed your NCLEX or not God sees you through the process and has a plan and purpose for your life. Though it is a valid concern, remember that God's will is what is of most importance not necessarily ours. Isaiah 55:8-9 says, ββFor my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,β says Yahweh. βFor as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.ββ
Remember this whatever the outcome of your exam you are not defined by it. Your identity should be in Christ. If it is God's will for you to retake the test, he will provide you the strength, courage, and knowledge to do so. You need to trust God's will whatever the outcome. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, βIn everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you.β How can this be God's will? Again our minds and thoughts are so different than his. But we know that for those who have called on Jesus, in all things He works for our good.
We are praying with you.
Dear Lord, we come before you lifting up Court54, asking for your peace to fill their heart and permeate every situation they encounter.
We pray that your will be done in their life.
We ask for your guidance in this that your will be fulfilled.
In Jesus Christ name, we pray Amen.
If the outcome is not what you desired, TRUST HIM AND TRUST THE WORD.
