Firstly, it is crucial to understand that evil music and negativity can have a significant impact on our spiritual well-being. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:8 WEB, Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honourable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things. Therefore, it is essential to fill our minds with things that honor God. Listen to music that honors God and remember that music affects the spirit, both good and bad.
Regarding fasting, the Bible tells us in Matthew 6:16-18
Moreover when you fast, dont be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most assuredly I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face; so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
Fasting is a powerful tool that can strengthen our relationship with God and help us overcome temptations.
