We appreciate your heart's cry for forgiveness and it's an important step. The Bible tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.John 1:9 WEB.

As we approach God in prayer and openly confess the things we know we have done wrong, it is just as important to know we are forgiven as it is to ask for forgiveness. Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sins and ours. Forgiveness flows to us from the cross as we confess our sin in Jesus Christ's Name.

First, we must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The first time we confess our sins we must also ask Jesus Christ to take control and Lordship of our life in order to be saved. It is a one time event that ensures our personal salvation,or being saved. The work at the cross as a terrible horrible death Jesus suffered was to have a personal relationship with Him and to fellowship with us. When you have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ, salvation changes is the bedrock of your very existence. Your life is changed forever.

Going forward we must confess our sins on a daily or very regular basis as we all sin, or fail to follow God's commandments and will. Now we know that whatever we ask according to His will we will receive, if we ask Him according to His will, we know that we have the things we request from Him. But he who is a believer must not be like the unbeliever.We are to be different in our conduct and actions,1 John 5:14 WEB.

So, let us pray together.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, confessing the sins that have separated us from You and the wrongdoings stated above. We acknowledge our need for Your forgiveness and mercy. Thank You for Your unfailing love and grace, and that You have already removed these sins from us in Jesus' name, as far as the east is from the west.

Apply I John 1:9 to every area of our life that we have sinned to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. In Christ, our past is erased as we confess our sins. The finished work at the cross is for our forgiveness. Because of Christ's finished work on the cross, we are forgiven. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
