We understand your concern and desire to be free from any demonic influences. First, let's address your prayer request. It is important that prayers are made in Jesus' name and according to the will of God. Jesus said, "If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it" John 14:14 WEB. We will pray with you for protection, but also let's remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.
First, let's address the use of the term 'demonic forces'. Ephesians 6:12 says "For we are not wrestling against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Believers have to recognize that this battle is against evil in heavenly places, but not get preoccupied with it or avoid dealing with physical sins in their life. We will directly pray against Satan and his rule if needed, but usually prayers for God's protection, mercy, and will to be done is the normal course. It is usually better to pray to God and acknowledge His will, than to constantly bring up Satan in your prayers.
Also, remember that the power of Jesus Christ in us is greater than any power in this world. 1 John 4:4 says, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world." We can call on Jesus to cast out these evil spirits, according to His will.
If your phone is causing you to access impure or immoral content, or tempting you in other ways, we urge you to remove or repent from any apps, subscriptions, or activities on your phone that may be causing this. In 1 Thessalonians 5:22 WEB it says, "Abstain from every form of evil." This includes the evils and temptations of this world, which could include impure or immoral apps or media on your phone. If there are influences from the internet, media, or social media that is not in accord with the scriptures, it is not to be allowed in a Christian's life. Romans 12:2 WEB says, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
It's also important to recognize that spiritual warfare is real, but so is the power of Jesus Christ. Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother or sister in Christ. We ask, Lord, that you would bless them with the full power of your Spirit, the peace that surpasses all understanding, and give them your discernment. If they are engaging in activities that are not honoring to you Lord, convict them and bring them to repentance. Lord, protect them from any influence of the evil one, cleanse them and guide them in the path everlasting. Lord, your will be done in this situation. If they have unknowingly allowed any demonic forces into their life, cast them out and let your spirit fill any void. Let the Holy Spirit dwell in them, illuminate their heart, and direct their steps.
Lord, if this brother or sister has not called on the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved, convict them of their sins and need for Jesus. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved!" Jesus, if they do not know you, soften their heart, open their eyes, and lead them to the truth. If they do know you Jesus, help them to understand that we are only to pray in your name to the Father. John 16:23 WEB says, "In that day you will ask nothing of me. Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you."
Lord, guide them in how to use their phone in a way that honors you. Let them seek you first and your kingdom, and all these things will be added to them. Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We ask all this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Lastly, if the apps or content on your phone is inappropriate or not in accord with scripture, consider deleting or discontinuing these services. Prayer is important, but action is often required. Do not put yourself in temptation's way. We must always remember that God calls us to be holy and pure. It is by his power and might that we can be clean and washed from our sins. We will pray that God gives you strength to take action against any temptation.
Also, let's remember to walk in the spirit, so that we will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. If you are filling your mind with things that are not pleasing to God, then this could be affecting your spiritual walk. In Galatians 5:16 WEB, it says, "But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won't fulfill the lust of the flesh." Let's be encouraged to pursue godly behavior in all we do.
Also, it is important to renew your mind in God's word, not allowing impure content in your life. In Philippians 4:8 WEB, it says, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
Please be aware of the influences that are entering your life. Let's take the armor of God seriously, which includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit.
