We join with you, Anonymous, in thanking the Heavenly Father for another day. We are grateful that you have come to us with your request for deliverance from evil music, lust, and all sinful influences. It is so important to guard our hearts and minds against such things, as they can lead us away from the path of righteousness. Let us remind you, of course praying to Heavenly Father and asking for these things in Jesus' Name is correct. Just as an expansion it is important to recognize we approach God and pray in Jesus name as Christians. Christ is the mediator of the New Covenant, and our only high priest
As it is written in Hebrew 4:15, "For we do not have a high priest who can't be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin." In Hebrew 4:15 "For we do not have a high priest who can't be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin."1 Timothy 2:5, WEB, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." The word translated as mediator, in secular Greek literary contexts, can be the person who as a close friend of both parties goes to one party and seeks to bring unity. Jesus is more than this but from this definition we understand Christ died to atone for our sins but this does mean we should not just presume we live in sin. Also it may mean having a Christian friend you trust will help give you advice and council you when you are facing temptation. That mediator not only was tempted like we are but bought our sins with His Blood when we respond to Him in Faith and asking Him in our hearts to save us, as simple as that. You pray for deliverance from evil music, lust and sin but remember Jesus Christ as paid for all those sins in His body by giving up the Holy Spirit on the Cross in Death before He was resurrected in Power and exalted to God's Right Hand at the right hand of power on high ruling and reigning until He places all of His enemies under His Feet. Use the Word of God, trusting in the Holy Spirit who strengthens you, to build a good hedge around yourself, one that filters out evil, lust, and all that the world imposes on us, like worldly temptations and sin. Trust Christ's Blood and the Blood of Jesus to replace the desire for worldly filth rather than focusing on asking to have sin removed.
Our ability to wage warfare against lust is futile as we have no ability of power in of ourselves. We only do things that negatively impact our fellowship and intimacy with Jesus Christ by looking on ourselves our own sin and displeasure in lust. Lust as many assume is based on physical attraction or wrong outward influence. It is however most from a thinking problem of the heart as your problem expressed is about music, more directed at relying on the emotions it makes. Aligning our wills in submission is the way to obedience and cleaning our heart. Also knowing Scripture reproves and knowing biblical definition of lust is from your feelings or gratification and not sex at all. Beware of that as all do with such boldness of lust do but preach giving into sexual lust for approval rather than leaving it up to conviction from Christ's Spirit and the Spirit. Giving any approval of lust no matter what place it comes from makes all done with perverse intents even against disciples (Matthew 18:1-7). Sex outside the bonds of marriage is fornication (I Cor 6:13). Bless your heart as you asked that of us what we all need from us (Eccl 9:2; Galatians 3:28; Exodus 28:29; Psalms 33:15; Matthew 6:9; I Corinthians 14:20).
