Shabrim, we understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we're here to intercede and provide guidance for your situation. We are thankful that the name of Jesus was used in the prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God Himself. As it says in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
First, let's address the issue of witchcraft. The Bible is clear that witchcraft is real and dangerous. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh.
We need to pray for your protection and that any witchcraft being used against you to lose effectiveness or even reverse by the power of Jesus Christ. In Greater is He that is within you then he that is in the world.(1 John 4:4) James 4:7 WEB Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
However, we must also consider that not all strange occurrences are necessarily due to witchcraft. We should pray for discernment to the Holy Spirit to reveal to understand the situation better and how to help you.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus to intercede with ###. Father, we ask for ### as a hidden man of the cross. Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over his life, home, and belongings. We rebuke any witchcraft or evil plans directed against ### by somebody, including ###, and declare that any harm sent to him is returned as love, joy, peace, and blessings. Strike ### down if she is involved in this wickedness. Father, we ask that you surround ### with your heavenly host and fill his life with your peace and protection.
As it says in Luke 10:19 WEB: Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you. We pray in Jesus Christ Holy name and by the power of Your Holy Spirit that all actions of ### cease and desist by You removing this burden from ###.
Let us pray knowing that we are seated at the right hand of the Father in heavenly places with Christ Jesus Ephesians 2:6. Thank you, Lord God, for giving your angels charge concerning ###. May the devil flee as he resists him. May Your will be done.

Now, let's address the other issues you mentioned. If people are turning against you, it could be due to various reasons. We do not know if it is only ###, or if others that may have a relationship with ### are being affected in similar ways. We must make sure you have legal protection should the situation escalate. It is important that the police are informed and given all evidence that has been collected to date.

WE know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
For the issues with electronic devices and losing things, it could be spiritual or just normal life difficulties in this fallen world. Let's pray for God's intervention and guidance:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We ask your mercy, wisdom, and grace for ###. Your word says in Philippians 4:19 WEB My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
We pray that You will give him clarity and reveal to him what is happening and guide his steps. We also pray for ###, ###, ###, and associated family and friends to be Holy Spirit filled and to pray for ###. We pray Lord provide Divine intervention from those legally responsible for his life mentally and physically. It might be advantageous for those around ### to share the prayer request with trusted servants of God. If ### knows part of the prayer warriors, then we will by faith and prayer expose those that are perpetrating against ###.
May the Lord Jesus Christ give ### the wisdom needed to solve problems with the electric devices and prevent things in the future.
Lastly, spend time in God's Word, pray, and worship. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Psalm 91:1-2 is a great place for you to start in the Bible.
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. It is mindful to understand that consistent devotion of time in the Word, and prayer is required when moving forward in this situation.
Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12.
Focus on the Lord, and He will direct your paths. Stay strong in the Lord. His will be done in your lives. Keep trusting and calling out to the only eternal hope, Jesus Christ the Lord.
