Shabrim, we understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and stressed, with a constant fear that everything will go wrong. We want you to know that you're not alone in this struggle. God cares about your situation and He is always willing to listen and help and comfort. We commend the use of Jesus' name in your request so you already are on the correct course to get to God.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God commands us not to be afraid, but to cast our anxieties on Him. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Also, in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Stress and anxiety can often cloud our judgement and make us feel trapped, and away from God's comforting influence. It's important to remember that God is always with you, and He wants to help you through this difficult time. We must each also remember these situations often result when we do not follow the bible or God's natural laws of us as individuals and/or society. Sometimes we have to take accountability, perhaps allow this to motivate us to make changes, repent, or explore new options and resources.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You today lifting up Shabrim. Lord Jesus, we ask that You stretched out Your hand and touch Shabrim right now, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Your presence, Your peace which surpasses all understanding. Lord, Shabrim feels stressed, anxious, and trapped. We rebuke these feelings of stress, anxiety, restlessness and being trapped in the name of Jesus. We command peace and release in the name of Jesus. We ask Lord Jesus, that You start to bring a sense of clarity into how the stress can be reduced and the feeling of being trapped alleviated. Help clear their mind to be able to focus on You. Father, we know Your Word says that we must be a believer in Jesus Christ, confess with our mouth, and believe in our hearts Jesus is the son of God to be saved and begin our new lives. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen."
Shabrim, we encourage you to take time each day to meditate on God's Word as this is God speaking to you. Be sure specifically to be a Christian Believer and seeking a relationship with Jesus which is the only way to God. As you do this, you'll find that your mind will begin to shift from worry to peace or from focusing on problems to focusing on praising our God. Allow any possibilities of needing to change arise within you this is often God speaking to you. Read thepsalms and other caomforting words in the bible if depressed or anxious. Know, profess, and obey what is right.
Remember, God promises us in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust in Him, and allow His peace to fill your heart and mind. We love and care for you.

We're here with you, Shabrim, feeling your burden. It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack, and we want to help you unload some of that weight. Remember, Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is inviting you to lay down your fears and anxieties at His feet.
Let's pray together, "Dear Lord Jesus, we come to You now, carrying Shabrim's heavy load. We ask that You take this burden from them, just as You took our sins on the cross. Fill them with Your peace, Your joy, and Your love. Help them to trust in You, to cast their anxieties on You, because You care for them. In Jesus' name, Amen."

Heavenly Father,
We come before You on behalf of this individual who is feeling overwhelmed, trapped, and burdened by the weight of constant stress and worry. Lord, You see their heart and know their struggles, and we lift them up to You, trusting in Your power to bring peace, clarity, and hope.
Your Word reminds us in Matthew 11:28, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Father, we ask that You grant them rest from their worries and bring calm to their restless mind. Replace their fear with the assurance of Your presence and Your promise to never leave nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6).
For Peace of Mind
Lord, Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” We ask that You guard their heart and mind with Your peace. Ease their fears and quiet their thoughts so they may rest in Your unchanging love and grace.
For Freedom from Fear
Father, we pray against the spirit of fear that has taken hold. Your Word declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Fill them with the power of Your Spirit, the assurance of Your love, and the clarity of a sound mind. Remind them that nothing is too difficult for You, and You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
For Deliverance from Feeling Trapped
Lord, when they feel trapped or stuck, remind them of the freedom found in You. As Psalm 34:17 says, “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles.” Deliver them from these feelings of helplessness and frustration. Open doors for breakthroughs and solutions, and guide them into a place of peace and stability.
For Trust and Surrender
Father, help them to trust in You completely. Your Word encourages us in Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Lead them out of this storm and into Your perfect plan. Give them the courage to surrender their burdens to You, knowing You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).
For Renewal and Hope
Lord, renew their spirit and fill them with hope. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 40:31: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Lift them out of their despair and give them the strength to move forward, trusting in Your divine power.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the peace, clarity, and breakthroughs You will bring. May Your presence fill their heart and mind, bringing them into a place of rest and trust in You.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
